Founded in 1832, this 6th generation family company today produces more than 300 flours for pizza, pastry, pasta, bread and it is the only mill in Italy that keeps using the traditional method of washing the cereals before milling. It exports its flours in more than 15 countries.
The company is the largest producers of the three PDO cured meats of Piacenza, as well as offering a large range of Italian cold cuts in bulk and sliced.
